This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS applications we publish that link to this policy (each an “App,” and together, the “Apps”). An App may provide additional privacy disclosures in its settings, onboarding screens, or App Store listing. If an App-specific notice conflicts with this policy, the App-specific notice applies to that App for the subject it addresses.

Information We Handle

The information handled by an App depends on its features and your choices. It may include:

Information you enter: information you provide when using an App, such as names, notes, photos,documents, or other content. Some Apps may store this information only on your device; others may use cloud storage or other services. Check the App’s description and in-app disclosures to learn what applies.
Device and usage information: information such as device type, operating system, App version, settings,and usage events, where collected by the App or its service providers.
Diagnostics and crash information: technical information about errors or crashes. Depending on thediagnostic service and your device settings, this may include device or App details, timestamps, andnetwork-related information.
Advertising information: Apps that display ads may use advertising identifiers or other information tomeasure ads or select them, subject to your device settings and applicable choices.
Support communications: information you include when contacting us, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

Please avoid entering sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the App’s features. Do not submit information about another person unless you have the right to do so.

How Information Is Used

We and our service providers may use information, as applicable, to:

provide and operate App features;
store or sync content when an App offers those functions;
respond to support requests;
diagnose crashes, maintain security, and improve App performance;
measure or deliver advertising in Apps that include ads; and
comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use information for purposes that are incompatible with the disclosures provided when it was collected.

Storage, Syncing, and Deletion

Some App content may remain on your device. If an App offers cloud backup, syncing, or other online features, relevant information may also be processed or stored by the provider of that feature. The App’s in-app disclosures should identify those features and providers.

Deleting an App may not delete information already stored by a third-party provider or in a device or cloud backup. To request deletion of information held by us, contact us using the details below. We will explain what can be deleted and any information we must retain for legal, security, or operational reasons. Information stored solely on your device may need to be deleted through the App or your device settings.

Service Providers and Third Parties

We may use service providers to support functions such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, hosting, cloud storage, and customer support. They may process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies, depending on the service and how it is used. For example, Apps that use Google AdMob may involve Google and its advertising partners processing information as described in Google’s privacy disclosures.

The Apps may also link to third-party websites or services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control their practices.

List the providers actually used by each App, including analytics, crash reporting, ads, cloud storage, and payment services. Do not list a provider unless the App uses it, and add any providers that are missing.

Advertising Choices

Some Apps may display advertisements. Advertising providers may use information from this App or other sources to provide, personalize, or measure ads, as allowed by your settings and applicable law. You can manage available tracking permissions through your Apple device settings. Turning off a tracking permission may limit personalized advertising, but you may still see ads.

If an App does not contain advertising, remove this section for that App or state clearly that it does not display ads.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

to service providers that help operate the Apps;
when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Company, or others; or
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets, subject to applicable legalrequirements.

We do not sell personal information for money. If an App or service provider shares information for targeted advertising in a way that applicable law defines as a “sale” or “sharing,” provide the required notice and opt-out method for that App.

Data Retention and Security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention depends on the information, the App’s features, and the service provider involved.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate steps.

If any App is directed to children or is likely to be used by them, this section and the App’s data practices need a specific review before publication.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision about a privacy request.

To submit a request, contact us. We may need to verify your request before responding. You can also manage device permissions, advertising tracking, and certain App data through your iOS settings or the App’s own settings, where available. Some apps use Apple CloudKit, in which we do not have access to, therefore cannot delete data. Data is managed from those specific apps in which you are in control of the data and can delete.

International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

All apps are under protection of an LLC. These apps, further known as SERVICE, is intended for use as is. All services are not intended for children under the age of 13.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at iOS App unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

Admob

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
